Review : Rimmel London Colour rush Quad eye shadow in Smokey Purple 003 !

Hey Everyone ~!
Sallam to all . Today i am going to be reviewing rimmel londons colour rush eye shadow quad  in smokey purple i got this a long time ago in march , i think . i wanted to get the Maybelline quads and trios but they were all sold out .grrr so i saw this quad with all these beautiful colors and said why not give this a shot ? so lets get onto the review

First impression :
it comes in a small light weight black pan  with a transparent lid . I donot like the packaging to be honest . It comes with 4 beautiful eye shadows , well in the pan they seem like that , it also came with a brush , which i tossed out  as it was very very low quality and fairly i donot care for the brushes that come with it as they collect bacteria .

What does Rimmel say :
Pure colour impact. Blends easily. Crease-proof.
it comes in 8 shades to choose from . You can check them out here

My thoughts :
I was very excited to try this product .

The four colours are : top left : greyish black with shimmer
top right : light grey , with lilac undertones with shimmer
bottom left baby lilac with shimmer
bottom right : milky white with shimmer

The top 2 eye shadows  really make you think that they will give you a velvety finish , that is so not the case . The top left eye shadow is greyish color with shimmer i must say it is the only color which you can actually see a little  . These shadows are like they have no pigmentation what so ever ! they all  powdery and they make a mess and when you swipe your  hand or anything across them they disappear  , they are really sheer and for the bottom 2 only shimmer appears .
i disagree  with whatever rimmel said . They donot have any colour pay off , they are hard to blend as they disappear! The only time they do show a little is when you really rub ur fingers on them to swatch them. You would have to put layers and layers of eye shadow on for it to even be noticeable !

here are  is a swatch on my fingers , it appears pigmented here but really s not

they do not even sow up well with a base , they are very sheer . Maybe if anyone cold find a really good base and primer and applied them wet they might show up

here is a swatch of the eye shadows , i have layered it alot !

i paid around 500-600 Rs i believe , which is totally not worth it

Pros :
you might like it if you wear sheer eye shadows

Cons:
Not worth the money
no pigmentation
chalky/powdery
creates a mess
sheer

would i recommend ? :
NO ! not in a million years ! worst pallete i have ever tried ! rimmel's got some good stuff but def  not this one
